With the awesomeness that is the Thirty Day Challenge quickly approaching (it officially starts on August 1st), I’ve been mulling about the joys and challenges of working in virtual/online teams.
Having participated in multiple online teams, including four Thirty Day Challenge teams, a large 20+ person worldwide team, small 3-4 person mastermind teams and corporate teams of all sizes, I’ve experienced the gamut from tightknit and productive to scattered and endlessly frustrating.
