There is great value in seeing what makes someone a market leader and influential within their markets. Knowing what works and what doesn’t can help you when it comes to determining your own business persona.
But, it’s important not to become a carbon copy of a person you respect. Those who mimic will always remain a follower and not a market leader. You need to find the best of you (as well as a few flaws) and develop you own story, you own persona.
