When we began the SWBN, we agreed that we would be as transparent and ethical in our marketing as possible. We particularly did not want the business to become all about promoting each and every big launch that came along.
The SWBN is a business, so naturally we want to make money from it and would be remiss in our business coaching if we suggested you could create a business without monetizing in some way, but every product we mention is one we truly believe has value and we use or have used ourselves. Every review we give will be based on a genuine trial.
In most cases, when we recommend a product we will include our affiliate link. If we personally believe in a product we have no qualms about making money from it, but we are also happy to recommend products and services that we love even if we don’t see a penny for the referral.

We can’t even begin to tell you how much we love this product and how much we respect and admire the Noble Samurai team who created it. Market Samurai is an amazing piece of software for keyword and niche marketing. It takes all the pain and laborious work out of market research and with every new feature it becomes better and better. I use Market Samurai almost every day, which is a good reflection of how important it is to my business! On top of that, the Noble Samurai team put customer service at the top of their priorities and are the nicest, most ethical guys you could hope to meet online.
Aweber
Some people online may be shouting that “email is dead!” but you’d be wrong to listen to them and miss out this step in your online marketing. Social Media sites will come and go and you can’t control that, but one of the things you can maintain control over is your mailing list. Another mistake I see people make all the time is starting out with cheap or free email marketing software. Unfortunately (especially as email spam filters become more vicious) these often have poor deliverability and reliability rates, and, when your email list grows you’ll discover how difficult (or impossible) it is to move people over to a new system.
From the moment I started online 7 years ago, I have used Aweber. It was a major monthly expense in those early days but I have never regretted it and I have never cancelled my subscription. If you want to capture emails, send email newsletters, track response and manage subscribers then you need Aweber.
Dropbox
Dropbox will change the way you work online and share/backup files. Even better, it’s free for the first 2GB and, once you discover how useful it is, you can then upgrade to a paid account! I use multiple computers during the day and having all my important files in Dropbox helps me avoid that “Doh!” moment when I used to realise I didn’t have what I needed to do my work.
